We are recruiting for a fast growing, ambitious business within the construction sector and they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join them.
Base salary up to £48,000plus competitive OTE, benefits and car allowance
The Role
This Business Development Manager will develop new business opportunities for tool and plant hire within the construction industry, predominantly with tier 2 & 3 contractors. In a new business capacity the Business Development Manager will regularly be in the field meeting potential new clients as well as relying on contacts from your previous experience in the tool hire sector, getting on site to build relationships with all stakeholders in the sales process.
The Person
To be successful in the application for this position you will need to have experience within a sales position in the tool, plant, crane hire industries. This client wants the right candidate to hit the ground running, to be ambitious in their sales plan and to take it upon themselves to drive the company forward. They want someone with the fire in their belly to succeed.
