JOB DESCRIPTION: Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large nationwide construction company that specialises in new build housing developments.

Our client is looking for an experienced handyman/multi-trader to join them on a project based in the Bristol area. You will be working on various housing developments across the region and working along side the customer care team dealing with snagging and finishing works. You will be dealing with customers in live properties so previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. The contract is on a temporary basis but could lead to on-going wok; working hours will be 8am-6pm Monday-Friday with possible weekend work.

Daily responsibilities will include:
* Patching Work
* Basic Carpentry
* Snagging and finishing works
* Painting
* Carrying out mastic work
* Any other duties as directed by the customer care/site team

* Own Tools
* Own PPE – High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Workmates & Daniel Owen
