Our client is a successful international design company that offers its services to the Engineering and Construction sectors. Due to growth and expansion they are currently seeking Graduates from a Technical discipline or experienced CAD Technicians to join their busy design teams.
The positions offer training in the latest 3D CAD technology and design processes in order for you to produce 3D Mechanical & Electrical Building Services BIM models where you shall be involved in interesting project work (Hospitals, large Commercial Office, Schools, Retail, Stadia, etc) with the potential for career advancement.
Candidates shall possess the following attributes:
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Building Services, Automotive, Aeronautical, etc), Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• In lieu of qualifications candidates must have experience in the production of M & E Building Services drawings with a consultancy or contractor or pipework, ductwork or fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in the use of any of the following CAD software AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Inventor, Solid Edge or alternative 3D packages such as Revit, Fabrication MEP.
• Good all round IT literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership skills for management opportunities that could arise with progression
• Training shall be provided
