Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Front End Developer
A leading organisation operating at the high end of the Leisure sector are looking for a Front End Developer to join their team. The Front End Developer with strong JavaScript skills, will be required to work on mobile and desktop development projects.
The Front End Developer will join a collaborative team of developers and will be able to excel in such an environment.
The successful Front End Developer will be required to have the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial web development
Experience of hand coding HTML / CSS.
Proven experience with JavaScript.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of writing project documentation.
Awareness of Photoshop or similar.
An understanding of Mobile First and Progressive Enhancement techniques.
Awareness of working in an Agile environment. (Desirable)Responsibilities of the Front End Developer will include:
Closely working with Designers, developing and suggesting best practises.
Working to optimise the client side page optimisation.
To aid client side code with bug fixing.
Having a commitment to improving personal Front End Development.
To keep up to date with web trends, design trends and relevant technology.
