Salary: £36 – £42 per hour
5s recruitment are supporting a large engineering company by recruiting for a Design Engineer using either Inventor or Pro E.
Someone with previous experience of Mechanical design, experienced in the design of high integrity handling equipment such as Mechanism design, or machine tool design would be ideally suited to this position. Also someone with experience of Nuclear / safety related design and experience in concept design, detailed design, detailing and producing manufacturing documentation would be advantageous. Security Clearance may be required for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for own delivery of tasks to cost and program, reporting to supervisor and will be also responsible for technical content of own work and that of others as necessary.
Academic Requirement s are as follows:
Degree, HND, HNC or relevant experience
Experienced on Pro E or Inventor
Manipulation of large Assemblies
Advanced assembly techniques
Simplified Rep s
