My client is a global media, marketing and communications agency based in Central London. They are looking for an accounts payable clerk to join their busy media payables team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Description

As an Accounts Payable clerk your duties will be:

• Processing and reviewing purchase invoices
• Sending invoices for approval
• Preparation of payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving queries
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 6 months experience working within an media payables team
• Have experience using DDS
• Have good excel skills
• Be hardworking
• Be immediately available
