Salary: £26,000 per year
Due to our clients rapidly increasing customer base – they now have almost 30,000 live customers – they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
They are looking for somebody that can communicate well at all levels, is clear and articulate and has proven customer service experience. Candidates who have done really well with them in the past are those from a call centre type background who may be looking for a change (as they are not a call centre) or have become tired of late evenings and shift type work. They have also had candidates from a retail banking background with strong customer service skills who have progressed well with them.
