Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: £16.2 – £17.4 per hour

Marketing Executive – Leicester – Fab flexibility in this full time role – Ace growth plans and people!

An excellent and competitive starting salary – brill new offices – Very exciting times ahead!
Hours – 37.5 hours per week – half day on a Friday (close at 12.30pm) – they can be flexible on the other days as long as the hours are covered
Lots of people work 7.30 – 4.30pm for example but this person could do 8.30 – 5.30pm – flexible to the needs of the candidate

They can offer them up to 2 days working from home per week

This fantastic marketing executive role is about 60% Online and 40% Offline

Skills:

* They need someone who has experience with CRM – any is fine but they use Hubspot so that would be ideal – however could be Salesforce they use etc – they need to have run campaigns through the CRM system before

* They need to be from a B2B background – they don’t want anyone from the likes of professional services or legal (as an example) – they want someone from engineering, technical, manufacturing, fabrication or something along those lines – I explained this would narrow the field but would also give feedback on the market when we did search

* Ideally someone with 3 + years’ experience – not a graduate with no experience

* Need to be data driven = understand how to analyse the success and failures of campaigns and actually utilise the data to make changes and improve the marketing within the business

* They need experience with SEO

* Ideally if they have any Events experience it would be a bonus

* Someone with some exposure to PR, Content, Social Media (They use LinkedIn and a small amount of FB).

* They outsource the video content side but this person will brief them on what they need etc

* They have insights and monthly KPI’s within Marketing – they want someone who will utilise the insights and learn from them – not just report on the data and not utilise it

* They want someone who is confident and resilient

* Can work autonomously

* Relationships builder who can work closely with the wider business – sales in particular

* Passionate and driven

* Tony can see this person working their way up to Marketing Manager so there is a brilliant opportunity for them to prove themselves

* Fast paced environment so someone who thrives in that type of atmosphere

* The business will invest in this person – putting them through training etc – someone who embraces this is key

EXTRA INFO:

The business is growing massively – they have a new HR Manager starting in about 3 or 4 weeks and we could possibly support them on other roles if we do well with this one

They rank on the first page of many of the keywords for the business – they would expect this person to be able to review where they are before an interview and do a mini audit
