Salary: £33,600 – £40,800 per year
IT Recruit UK specialises in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the management sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our client in Richmond upon Thames to be a part of the Account Management department.
Core Duties
– Managing the day to day client relationships on the assigned accounts
– Supporting the Client Services Director in driving the client’s business forward through ROI focussed work that delivers upon the client’s business and marketing objectives
– Management and ownership of projects and project planning
– On-going development of the accounts in terms of understanding the issues and challenges facing the client’s business, extracting requirements from this, show demonstrable technical knowledge and developing business driven solutions
– Creating proposals, presentations and supporting new business initiatives
Key Skills
– Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
– Effective organisation and a high attention to detail
– Effective written and verbal communication skills
– Self-confident and motivated
Key Requirements
The role is varied and knowledge of the following would be essential:
– Website development, strategy and build
o Strategy development
o Solution architecture and UX
o Managing the build / development
o Maintenance including updates and support
o Analytics packages
o Use of CMS systems
o Mobile website or app development is a bonus
