Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

My client a well known manufacturing company based in Norwich are looking to recruit an experience Senior Finance Manager to manage their manufacturing finance function overseeing a small team reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Controller. The role will include:

* Managing and development of a small finance team

* Support non financial stakeholders with financial data and reporting

* Influence operational strategy

* Oversee financial balance sheet

* Development of internal KPI’s

* Drive financial controls and processing improvements

* Delivery of monthly management accounts

You will need:

* A strong background within a commercial finance function

* Great interpersonal skills

* Ideally qualified accountant or QBE with significant accounting knowledge

* A team player with proven man management experience
