42 hours per week 1 in 2 weekends with a day off in the week

We are currently recruiting for a New Car Retail Manager for our clients’ main dealer site in the Bury area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Car Retail Manager to join a leading dealer group and a strong brand, working in a busy and thriving site. We are looking for a Business Manager with at least 18 months experience in the role.

Business Manager role:

Working closely with the Sales Manager; you will managing the Sales Executive team to a strong sales and F&I performance on a monthly basis.

The position will entail aiding the customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs. Working closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager you will need to show a strong F&I knowledge to aid the department.
– Selling finance, insurance products and additional products
– Working within a the FCA regulations and company guidelines
– Matching customers needs to the relevant finance sources.
– Running the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager

Requirements:
– Ideally you will be an experienced Business Manager/Transaction Manager or Sales Manager/Controller.
– Must have experience with stacking finance deals
– Looking for a professional and confident character who can fit straight into the team
