Graduate Consultant – Cell Biology

Cartwright James is currently looking for an individual that wishes to partner their scientific background with their passion and motivation to join a highly successful and driven team with a track record of exceeding targets.

Due to recent promotions into management, our Scientific division is now looking to take on an additional individual to focus on the Cell Biology industry area. You will be assigned this market vertical and it will become your own.

Through liaising with senior individuals within both multi-billion dollar companies and emerging SME’s that manufacture products used for cell analysis, cell therapy and large scale bio-production you will be offered a true insight into the movements of the market and function as a consulting expert in your sector.

You will be faced with an intensive training program led by our senior management team that have built hugely successfully careers within Executive Search.

For this scheme, you will need to meet the following requirements;

* Bachelor’s Degree within Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or relevant Life Science discipline.
* Some sales/customer facing experience OR examples of highly competitive environments
* Long-term goals of developing professionally, with a strong desire to manage a team.

Aside from the rapid personal and career development we offer considerable financial rewards; our most successful first year consultants do have the potential to earn £50,000+ and up to £100,000 in the following years. Additional monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives vary from paid days at the races to an all-expense holidays for successful consultants and management staff.

Our quarterly review program offers the regular increases to basic salary based on individual performance and determines the rate to which you will progress into management of a graduate team.
