The Candidate

This is a field / home based specification sales role. As Specification Sales Manager you will win specifications and follow the process through to contractor and back sell through distribution partners. You will work on retrofit projects within the construction industry both on the commercial and domestic side. As Specification Sales Manager you will call on Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing Providers, Architects and Contractors. You will then back sell through distributors / merchants. You manage your own time, pipeline and track projects from start to finish.

 The Candidate

• The successful Specification Sales Manager can come from any specification / project led construction sales background. For example, candidates with heavy side construction, light-side interiors, KBB, lighting, building envelopes.(specification) will be considered
• Most importantly you must come with a solid track record and have longevity in most of your previous role(s).
• Our client is looking for a candidate that is tech and social media savvy

The Package

• £50,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience
• £10,000 OTE
