The company is at an exciting time of growth and looking to increase their multi-million-pound turnover via gaining wider listings, improved shelf space, extended distribution and better shelf blocking/positions. Their quality products are already listed with major supermarket chains including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury and Morrisons amongst others.

As a Product Manager your duties will include:

* Reporting into the Head of Product you will support the process of creating, developing and delivering exciting and innovative product range for year-round products

* Project management to ensure that timescales are met to ensure delivery products to shelf on time

* Create exciting new products to retain and entice new customers.

* Work closely with suppliers including manufacturing, packaging and designers

* Work closely with internal stakeholders and develop strong relationships with Marketing, Category, Technical and Quality, Design and Supply)

* Cost negotiation, to ensure delivery of existing and innovative products are on time and within budget

* Keep up to date with regulatory or quality changes that are required to enhance the product offering

* Carry out presentations internally and externally, briefing on new product introductions and ensure that product samples are available to external parties

* Creation of documents and management of the year-round product brochure

* Utilise in-house customer insight, alongside category management to drive margin across all products and/or retention and recruitment of new consumers.

* Carry out competitor analysis range reviews, both online and instore developing the commercial business strategy and ensure profitability is maximised

The successful Product Manager will have the following skills and experience:

* Minimum 2 years within the cosmetics, beauty or toiletries sector

* Product Management experience, creating products from concept to launch

* Project management skills within the ability to influence cross functionally both internally and externally

* Passionate to produce innovative and well-rounded concepts for new and existing projects

* Ability to work within a high-pressure environment and challenging deadlines.

* Proven track record of growing product ranges within a highly competitive environment

* Commercially astute with high numeracy/analytical skills

* Experience of working within a brand where end customer are high profile supermarket chains

* Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to work across the group with key contacts
