IT Support Engineer

Our client, a successful and a well-established business of over 25 years trading, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team. Working in rural Towcester, the successful candidate will have previous exposure of working with and supporting Windows based systems, networking, VPN’s for both office based and off-site staff. Other responsibilities include:

Supporting around 800 users (around 100 on site, the remainder off site – mainly Windows based machines).
Provided support for VPN’s.
Administer general networking issues.
Administer print issues (and printer / copiers themselves).
Windows and application support.
Setting-up of new machines.
Creating / moving of user profiles.
Support users by phone, desk side and remote sessions.
Be responsible for communications equipment issue and support
