Salary: £28.8 – £36 per hour
Badenoch + Clark are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for minimum 4 month contract with a Housing Association client in the North West of England.
The role:
To deliver high quality finance business partnering services to the Growth and Regeneration team; provide financial analysis to add value and insight to aid decision making; develop strong working relationships with key operational colleagues to successfully deliver a collaborative approach to the financial forecasting, planning and reporting process.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise to ensure effective financial challenge and appraisal of development and regeneration proposals. Oversee the financial monitoring and performance of the growth and regeneration team.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure good quality financial forecasts exist to inform the 30-year financial plan.
Develop and maintain a suite of high-quality reports to accurately report financial performance in area of responsibility. These reports should be used to inform operational discussions and decision making and be used to append to Executive, Committee and/or Board reports.
Work closely with colleagues in finance and operations to effectively manage the budget and financial planning process to support strategic and operational business plan objectives, and to deliver value for money.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and maximise the use of technology used by the business to drive automation and create efficiencies.
Requirements:
Must be fully qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
Ideally have experience within the Housing Sector.
