Salary: £21.6 – £22.8 per hour

Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance 

Monday – Friday 

08:00am – 17:30pm

An excellent opportunity to work in static commercial office building in the City of London (Fenchurch St) has arisen with one of the UK’s largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers working within a secure government location carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:

Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA

Emergency lighting

Fire alarms

FCU’s

AHU’s

BMS – Head End Controls

HVAC plant

VAV – VRV

Water treatment

Ballast Changes

Lamping

PAT testing
