Our client, a busy used car operation, in Fleet have the requirement for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead their successful team.
 
Responsibilities
 
As a Used Car Sales Manager your responsibilities will include: 

• Inspire and drive the sales team forward
• Installing, and maintain processes
• Stock management and Pricing
• Marketing
• Maximising sales conversion and profitability
• Actively promoting Finance and Insurance related products
• Skilled at second facing customers
• Accounts Reviews
• Budgeting
• Staff Appraisals

This role could also suit an experienced Used Car Transaction Manager/Sales Controller/Business Manager looking to take the next step.
 
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
 
Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years Used Car Sales Manager experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

 
Remuneration & Benefits 

• Basic Salary of £42,000DOE
• Uncapped OTE of £50,000 – £55,000
• Use of a Company Car
• Extensive Benefits Package –

 
Working Hours 

• 5 Day Week, No Sundays!
• Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 6pm (with 1 day off mid-week)
