Salary: £30,000 – £30,001 per year
2 Vacancies: An opportunity has arisen within a company that specialises in the provision of a wide range of IT solutions and services. Located in Leeds, the company is looking at expanding their team and is now recruiting for 2 x additional engineers with a focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Working with a variety of clients that range from SME to Enterprise companies, you will be involved with supporting a wide selection of solutions. Responsibilities will include 2nd / 3rd line support for microsoft server / operating systems, storage, virtualisation and cloud products.
This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business that enables individuals to be exposed to a wide range of technologies, which include the latest releases of Microsoft and virtualisation technologies. It will be a role that will challenge you as you will be exposed to complex solutions using the latest technologies.

Requirements
We are looking for a technical support engineer who has had the following experiences and who has experience of the listed technologies (not all are essential)
- Microsoft / Windows server
- VMware and/or Citrix
- SAN/ storage technologies e.g. Dell EqualLogic
- Backup: Veeam/Backup Exec/Zerto
- Office 365
- Cloud technologies – AWS/Azure
- SCOM, SCCM
- SQL
- Technical support of large, enterprise level environment
- Experience as an infrastructure engineer, 2nd/ 3rd line support engineer
- Any experience with Cisco networking would be beneficial
It will be essential that all applicants are eligible to work in the UK. Any offers will be subject to passing a DBS, financial and reference checks.
