Senior Ecologist

Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year

We are working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy who deliver a wide range of services across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecologist to join their growing team based in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will be involved in preliminary ecological appraisals, protected species surveys and overseeing a variety of complex projects. You will also be liaising with clients and other professionals, preparing quotes and managing junior members of staff.

Requirements for the Senior Ecologist role

* A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline

* Business Development skills

* Protected Species Licence(s)

* CIEEM Membership

* Demonstrable consultancy experience

* Project management experience is beneficial

* Excellent report writing capabilities
