We are retained by one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of building products who due to continued success in the UK market place are seeking to recruit a professional NATIONAL SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER.

With a turnover of circa £10 m, our Clients products are very high quality whilst being competitively priced and are primarily supplied via Builders Merchants and Specialist Distributors from their UK distribution base, predominantly based around the HEAVYSIDE / STRUCTURAL SECTOR of the industry and offer unrivalled function and aesthetic advantages to similar products.
The role will be predominantly centre around managing the function of a Specification Sales Force tasked with building relationships with Architects & Specifiers, House Builder and Developer Design Teams and Key Specifiers, including identifying opportunities, setting and agreeing budgets, KPI’s etc.
You will also work alongside the Commercial Team to ensure specifications are held and Stockists and Distributors are supported.

Personal Specification You must have experience of managing a specification sales force in Building and Construction Products.
