Elevation Recruitment are exclusively working with an innovative vehicle rental company, who are looking to grow their business development team through the appointment of a National Sales Manager.
Our client places themselves uniquely in the vehicle rental market with their innovative rental management software and are looking for someone with a strong background in B2B vehicle rental and management, to join their ambitious sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
*New business generation through a variety of proactive methods
*Strong B2B sales experience
*National coverage – field based sales role
*Build relationships with new clients and develop existing accounts
*Mentoring and upskilling of new team members
Skills and Experience:
*We are looking for a someone who has worked at a national level with a proven track record for growth and new business
*Ability to forge new relationships with a hunter mentality
*Experience in negotiating and executing high value orders for large organisations of 5000+ employees
*Previous experience in B2B vehicle rental is highly desirable
*Experience in selling IT software is advantageous but not essential
*A forward thinking and problem-solving attitude
*UK driving license is essential
