Salary: £30,600 – £32,400 per year

We are looking to grow our team throughout 2022, and are looking to appoint a number of key hires. One of these key positions is for a Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Staffing. We are looking for a ambitious Recruitment Consultant with experience within the temporary recruitment sector. This is a new division for our business, so we are looking for a candidate who understands what it takes to build business and a sucessful desk.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Sales Activity to increase temporary usage

* Liaison between the client and the business

* Day to day management of temporary staff

* Ensuring that all necessary compliance documentation and procedures are followed

* To attend daily team meetings to set out divisions objectives

* Monthly Professional Development Review with Manager

* Willingness to get involved at all levels of recruitment
