£20,000-£21,000 Base + Overtime (£25-28k OTE) + Contributory Pension + Life Assurance + Poole Car + other benefits

Service Engineer position on offer in a secure global engineering company where you will be an integral member of the battery team.
The role is mainly field based but some work shop tasks will be required. The role will be servicing and replacing batteries, alongside UPS switching and testing.
Excellent product training will be given but applicants need to have an electronic / electrical hands on background and hold a full UK driving licence.

The role:
Servicing and replacement of both wet and sealed batteries.
Battery replacement – includes physical moving of cells from transport, build batteries and UPS switching.
Load bank and testing.
Field and workshop based from the Head Office in Bedford.
Monday to Friday
Overtime
The person needed:
Previous hands on electrical experience maintenance/service experience of any transferable equipment.
Electrical / electronic qualification.
Driving Licence.
Live commutable to the Bedford office.
