Presales Engineer / Consultant (Care Management S/W) London; required to join a market leading software vendor for NHS / Healthcare, Secondary Care and Residential markets as Consultant working on the presales, delivery / professional services / technical implementation of best of class solutions into the Healthcare / NHS, Secondary and Residential Care Clientele.

Key Duties Undertake presales duties and expertise to clientele and sales teams Work with Clientele to analyses needs and requirements to produce and agree specifications Conduct onsite system reviews, training and support where needed Provide, configuration, pre and post support and go live support for new services And moreKey Skills required Excellent knowledge of a software or system in the current residential care or care management ecosystem Good Microsoft SQL knowledge Excellent interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communications skills Good change management knowledge Solid and demonstrable understanding of risk assessment in relation to clinical safety Solid and demonstrable understanding of information governance Customer aware and focused Great facilitator and collaborator with customers, teams, senior stake holders Driving License and Able to work with clients nationwide.Highly advantageous skills Knowledge of Finance and Income – Billing within Care Homes Project management skills – Prince 2 Soft selling skills Solid and demonstrable understanding of risk assessment in relation to clinical safety Solid and demonstrable understanding of information governanceHOT ROLE
