Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Managed Print & Document Management)
Territory: South West & Wales
Salary: £48,000 – £72,000
OTE: £90,000-£110,000 uncapped

An exciting and rewarding, yet challenging role has arisen with a globally recognised organisation who supply Managed Print Services and Document Management solutions into both the Private and Public Sectors. They are looking for an industry experienced Regional Sales Manager with excellent people management and leadership skills and experience of man-managing both Managers and Field Sales Executives within a corporate environment.

The Role:

*To provide inspirational leadership, management and motivation of both Managers and Field Sales Executives within the set geographical region
*Implement sales strategy to ensure profitability, growth and market share

Responsibilities to include:

*Driving performance
*To ensure achievement of revenue and GP targets
*Headcount and recruitment
*Take a lead in the larger opportunities when required including presenting to key influencers and decision makers
*Ensure compliance in line with company policy
*Forecasting, budget delivery and cost control

Candidate Requirements:

*All candidates MUST have previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager and have managed both Managers as well as Field Sales Executives within the Print & Copy / Managed Print Services industry
*Have great leadership, coaching and motivation skills

*Highly customer orientated
