REGIONAL MANAGER – FOSTERING
HOME BASED ROLE
NORTHAMPTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS
UP TO £50,000
I am looking for a Regional Fostering Manager to cover Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas for an Independent Fostering Agency which is rated as ‘outstanding’ with Ofsted.
You will be required to ensure the service is run in line with government legislation, regulations and standards, together with Ofsted requirements. Your will represent the organisation’s vision and values, whilst developing and providing a comprehensive and flexible social work service.
For this fabulous Regional Manager role you must have:
* Social Work England registration
* A degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
* At least 4 Years post qualifying social work experience
* Experience of managing Senior Social Workers/Team Managers who manage Social Workers carrying a caseload within the fostering sector
* The ability to provide out of hours management support to regional staff including the on call rota
* Experience of working with large budgets
* A Full Valid UK Driving Licence
