Bid Manager

A leading contractor is looking for a Bid Manager to join their North London team.

You will be responsible for managing the new work procurement process from PQQ through to Tender stage. You will be expected to assess and improve current and future bid proposals and you will liaise with various line managers within the business in order to gather and collate all the required information in order to pull together a successful bid presentation. You will also be responsible for improving and add value to existing library information.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience working with a main or sub contractor in order to understand the built environment, and a responsive repairs and maintenance experience would be highly advantageous.

A strong ability to write to a high standard is key as you will need to re write and edit bid content whilst adding and manipulating the text in order to appeal to the client audience. Knowledge of OJEU process and a good knowledge of the social housing sector would be highly sought after.
