HGV Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing repair and maintenance to a fleet of modern Commercial Vehicles, Trailers and Ancillary Equipment.

Our client operates a mixed fleet ranging from Light Commercials and Refrigerated Units to Tippers and 44T Multi Axle Lorries.

All workshops are Health & Safety compliant and fully stocked with modern tools and equipment.

We are looking for candidates with post apprenticeship experience who are seeking a career within a recession proof company who support and develop their employees.

Working hours are between 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 alternate weeks however we also have Nights work available between the hours of 22:00 – 06:00, Monday – Friday.

Hourly rates vary depending on experience and shift pattern however most employees can expect to earn over £30k for a standard 45 hour working week ( overtime is paid out at time + ½).
