Salary: £31,200 – £32,400 per year
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HGV Technician to work in a busy Heavy Vehicle Depot in the Broxburn area.
Previous Experience includes: HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / HGV Engineer / Heavy Vehicle Technician
The suitable candidate will be joining a company that manufacture and maintain a comprehensive range of commercial vehicles and industrial engines to companies in the UK. The successful candidate will ideally hold an industry recognised qualification and have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Full service, repair and maintenance of HGVs / Heavy Vehicles / Trucks & Trailers / Diesel Engines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles, replacing parts as and when necessary in line with company and legislative requirements
• Pre MOT Preparation & Inspection
• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to a high standard
