Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year
Our client a leading, high-end luxury house builder with an enviable brand and reputation at creating outstanding new home developments across the London region, is now looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join their West London team.
The Marketing Co-ordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in planning and implementation of all marketing activity to create awareness and promote product, in support of sales. This will include things like creating and co-ordinating all marketing materials/brochures, advertising, online websites, event/invitations and email campaigns along with any other relevant marketing to assist in setting up the sales marketing suite (signage/agents material etc).
To be successful for the role the candidate will require:
Formal qualifications in CIM Marketing qualification or 2:1 degree
Must be well organised, ambitious with a strong work ethic
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working within a similar residential/property environment
Ability to be creative with a strong sense of attention to detail.
