Electrical Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their organisation based in London and working on many high end projects.

In return, our client is offering candidates with the relevant experience and criteria the following:

– Salary based on experience £48,000 – £60,000

Previous experience within the M&E Industry in a project managerial role is essential for this role. Unfortunately applications which do not have the required experience, industry knowledge or required skills cannot be progressed for this opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have a good Electrical knowledge but be able to understand Mechanical systems, overseeing two or three projects dependent on complexity, size & value. They will have to attend site meetings with the client, design teams and construction teams.
They will be required to write RFI`s, Technical Submittals, Programs, Project reports, Procurement of subbies along with the QS, Procure all equipment.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery across projects and have experience with:

Systems Used:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects, BIW (Conject) & Share Point.

Sectors Worked In:
Commercial, Offices Fit Outs, Plant Replacements, Health Care, Schools, Colleges & Hotels.

Recognised qualification in building services engineering or other appropriate engineering subject to degree level is preferred but candidates without a formal qualification will be considered if they have acquired sufficient M&E Project Management experience in the given field.
