Customer Services Manager Inbound

Salary: £38,400 per year

Our client who are based in Tamworth are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Manager to join their team.

They are looking for a true leader who can manage, develop and lead the team to deliver best in class customer service focused on first time resolutions

Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of departmental and company KPIs

To drive performance to exceed agreed customer services levels and continually push the barriers to deliver improvements in customer service and reduction in operating expenses.

To provide motivational and inspirational leadership to diverse teams with varied skills and abilities, responsible for all aspects of customer service

Working with other departments and members to support ‘One Team’ ethos

Total management of the team which can be KPI setting learning and development to ensuring all equipment is ready for member to use.

Leading a team to deliver exceptional service and working as a team bring team ethos.

Inbound calls and emails and online chat..

Working in the leadership team of the business adding ideas and best practice etc
