On-Site Recruitment Account Coordinator – Exeter

My Client is a well-established recruitment organisation who believes that they are going places, fast, and are now looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to work out of one of their sites near Exeter within a Warehousing environment

As an Account Coordinator will work on-site with one of their major clients and play a key role in making things happen.

Key responsibilities include:
Daily check-ins and rebooks as well as back fills, for up to 200 temporary workers
Working with the Warehouse Manager to understand fluctuating volumes and book in the correct number of temporary workers for each of the shifts
Floor management of temporary workers (picking operation)
Star-up briefs
Reporting directly to the Recruitment agency’s Account Manager

Applicants for this Account Coordinator role should be a flexible, great team player who remains professional at all times and have:

Must have onsite Supervision / Team Leader / Onsite Coordinator experience, minimum 12 months
Excellent IT skills
Great interpersonal skills
Organising and planning skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English
