Team Teach Teaching Assistant

Milestone Education are currently recruiting a Team Teach trained Teaching Assistant to work within a Secondary SEMH and ASC provision in the Warwickshire area – starting ASAP.

The school offer referral placements to children and young people aged 11 – 17yrs who have experienced difficulties within the mainstream setting. The young people can demonstrate challenging behaviour as well a spectrum of other needs such as anxiety and attachment disorders and ADHD. Their small class sized of between 8-10 pupils allows them to ensure each student receives individual support as well as full classroom learning. To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

– In date Team Teach Qualification

– Experience of working with challenging behaviour.

– Experience working with children with additional needs.

– An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

– Driven and enthusiastic personality
