We are representing our client who are responsible for providing mental health services for young people and adults in essential settings. They operate a 24/7 support packages for young people and residential settings. The team all have specialist experience of complex and young people and they have particular expertise in managing transitions from hospital and secure settings.

They are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to ensure all safeguarding matters are dealt promptly and effectively. To maintain up to date knowledge of current safeguarding issues both in the children’s and adult services.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience to promote good relationships between young people and staff and to provide emotional support to the team and the young people.

It is essential in this role that you have experience in working within the residential services and have 12 months’ deputy management experience, you must also hold the NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care – Children and Young People.

You need to be experienced with working with Quality Care Commission or Ofsted registered. This opportunity is to manage a 4 to 6-bedroom provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your previous experience of working within residential units.

Successful applications must have minimum of 12 months Deputy Management experience with previous experience of working in a residential setting and hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in management or equivalent.
