Picker / Packer Warehouse Team Leader

We are currently looking for a warehouse picker/packer with team leader experience to work in a rapidly expanding business in North Manchester.

Responsibilities;
• To effectively lead the teams, by example, to improve overall team performance
• To effectively delegate tasks on a daily basis to the teams
• To communicate with the teams and inform the Warehouse Manager of any difficulties at any time throughout the day
• To train, coach and give feedback to the teams to achieve required KPI’s / standards
• To motivate and give praise to the team on a frequent basis
• To maintain discipline within the team so that standards are adhered to
• To maintain KPI logs
• To create and update standard operating procedures as required

The successful applicant must have relevant experience in a similar role
