Role Profile

Our Marketing team build and deliver quarterly campaign plans using a โ€˜customer lifecycleโ€™ approach across Acquisition, Growth (Cross-Sell), Retention and Care (Experience and in-life communications).
Enabled by Salesforce Pardot you will design, deliver and optimise campaigns to drive relevant content and offers to our existing customers across the customer lifecycle.
You will also leverage prospect data and digital marketing to reach new audiences and drive market share growth, particularly across the key growth products of Insurance, Payments and Broadband.
Responsibilities of the role

Working with the data & insight team, trading and sales colleagues you will build quarterly campaign roadmaps designed to maximise new business, and cross-sell and retentions performance
Leveraging prospect data and digital marketing to reach new audiences to drive market share growth
You will help โ€˜move the dialโ€™ on services-per-customers which delivers lower cost route-to-market than new business sales
Your work will unlock material shifts in value as increased product holding will reduce unitary cost-to-serve, reduce churn and grow end customer wallet share to drive gross margin expansion
With a commitment to โ€˜test and learnโ€™ you will have the opportunity to do things differently and trial novel new approaches to marketing โ€“ all underpinned by Pardot capability
For specific products โ€“ e.g. Broadband you will deliver bespoke โ€˜migrationโ€™ and upsell campaigns to get customers onto their best technology and deliver speed upgrades. You will be steered by the Portfolio teams to deliver this.
Optimising marketing investment with insight from the data and insight team to understand paybacks and ROIโ€™s
Improve ROI through the optimisation of marketing activities.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle from design to delivery.
Develop different service category strategies to drive multi-channel growth.
Monitor and analyse campaign ROI and make changes to drive improvements.
Develop high-quality marketing material to support campaigns.
Develop relationship with key stakeholders across the business to optimise marketing activities.
Build strong relationships with appropriate third parties to support in the delivery of the communications marketing strategy.

Increased wallet shares amongst our end customer base
