The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, a team player spirit, and an exceptional customer service attitude. Compensation for this position includes uncapped commissions, uncapped advancement, travel opportunities, flexible hours, a dynamic and fun environment and an opportunity to grow with an industry leader.

In order to maximise the benefits associated with this type of opportunity, these openings are offered on a self employed basis with commission only earnings. This allows flexible hours, maximum earnings and flexible growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prospecting for potential clients through events and retail promotions
Helping to recruit, develop and lead a team of people to prospect for clients
Learning to oversee a campaign, market, team and events
Learning to maintain client relations and provide quality customers
Launching the campaign in additional markets
Additional Responsibilities:

Sales forecasting and tracking
Basic recruitment and administration
Basic finance management
Public speaking/ motivational meetings
Hosting conference calls to drive sales
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age and already authorised to work in the UK
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer-facing role
Must be local to London and/or willing to commute to SE1 (Waterloo)
Must be available for full-time hours (40+ hours per week)
Additional Recommendations:

Team leadership or management experience
Restaurant scheduling experience
Recruitment or administration experience
Management or Business-oriented degree(s)
Time management and organisational skills
Transferable skills:

Building relationships with guests/customers
Being able to tell a story (painting the picture)
Up-selling additional products and services
