An exciting oppourtunity has arisen for a SEN TA to join a fantastic primary school based in Havering to support pupils within a variety of lessons and subjects. Working as a teaching assistant, you will be supporting pupils across the school in and out of lessons. This role would be the ideal initial step into teaching before undergoing their teacher training and becoming a fully qualified classroom teacher.

Teacher training prospect after one yearThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to take on a role as a Teaching Assistant and work in a great Secondary School. The school has excellent transport links and is walkable from an underground station.

For the successful candidate, my client will be able to offer you a full time Teaching Assistant role as well as excellent starting rate of pay and excellent in school training based on how to support the pupils.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to kick start their career in education. A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above is ideal for this role and a graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable. This relevant previous experience could include childcare, tutoring, helping within a nursery, in a sport setting or in a similar classroom setting. The role will begin ASAP.
