Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £competitive DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Manufacturing Team Leader for our client located in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As Manufacturing Team Leader you will be responsible for:
* Supervising production team and prioritising workload
* Monitoring staff performance and reporting to management
* Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
* Assisting with production to ensure targets are met
* Identifying equipment and process issues to minimise downtime
* Additional duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Team Leader will have:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor within a manufacturing environment
* Excellent people skills
* Previous experience within a production environment
* Good problem solving skills.
