Support Worker

Voyage Care are expanding and offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in Holt, Trowbridge.

You will join an established team and provide support to people living in our residential home, assisting them to lead an independent and fulfilling life. By utilising the easily accessible local bus stop or company vehicle, day trips to Trowbridge and Bath can be a regular occurrence. The people we support enjoy swimming at a private pool, beach and local trail walks, farm work along with trips to the pub and meals out.

Assisting people with learning difficulties including Autism, we are sure you will find this role very rewarding and to ensure you can do the best possible job, Voyage Care provides everyone with full support and excellent on-going training.

Support Workers are an extremely important part of our business – we have both day, night and weekend shifts available. We recognise the commitment and dedication shown by our staff and celebrate successes, both large and small, running staff member of the month schemes as well as annual national awards.
