Salary: £15 per hour

Are you an experienced site Labourer with a high standard of competence and a keen eye for health and safety?

We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions and 3 timber frame factories! Right now we are recruiting for a Labourer to join our site at Middlebeck, Newark.

As a Labourer you will report to the Site Manager and will be an integral part of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Security of the site, plots and all materials
  • Cleaning of properties after trades and ready for sales presentations
  • Health and safety throughout
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of the site
  • Unloading, distributing and storing deliveries
  • Ensuring materials are in the correct locations

Key Criteria

  • CSCS card
  • Hardworking/conscientious
  • Self motivated
  • Honest/co-operative/trustworthy
  • Knowledge of the building industry/material/components
