Marble Talent are working for one of the largest construction companies within the UK. Our client specialize within Construction Materials such as Asphalt, Aggregates and Ready Mix Concrete.

The role we have available is for a Labourer/Site person to work from their Ready-Mix Concrete site in the Daventry area. The role will involve using a loading shovel, concrete batching, inputting orders, keeping stock levels up general house keeping duties at the site.

This will largely be a solo role as you will have overall responsibility for the site and to ensure the smooth operation within the plant.

Our client is not looking for someone with previous experience due to the uniqueness of the role and feel the role would ideally suit someone who is responsible and keen to land a role that would be a career. Most of the senior managers within the company started within junior roles within the company and have worked their way up, our client puts a great deal of emphasis on promotion from within.

Should the role be of interest, our client can offer a basic salary of £32,400 – £36,000dependent on experience.
