Drivers Mate

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Extrastaff are currently recruiting a Drivers Mate to work for a high-end global brand. This is a full-time temp to perm role, located in NN4

Salary c.£26,000 – £30,000per year DOE plus benefits when permanent

The role:
* Typically, you’ll work no more than 40 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday
* Working Monday to Friday – 06:00 starts with an average of an 8 hour day
* Upon arriving on site or at a customer’s property, you will be required to lift high end luxury white goods as part of a two person team and assist with the installation – training will be provided
* They’ll be between 1 and 5 deliveries per day.
* If you drive and have relevant licences, you will be required to take over the wheel from time to time

The candidate:
* Must have a valid UK Driving Licence with no more than six (6) points
* Shall have a positive can-do attitude and possess excellent customer service skills
* Upskilling to 7.5t and HGV 2 at the company’s expense
* Drivers Mates or Home Delivery experience (desirable)
* Will have excellent attention to detail
