Channel Marketing Manager with European Travel

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Channel marketing professional to promote their career to the next level. Duties include –
Ø Working with Channel Marketing Team Manager, develop and launch channel programmes incentive schemes, including definition of criteria and benefits
Ø Develop channel programme materials to aid in incentive launch and the recruitment and retention of targeted channels of distribution.
Ø Develop programme implementation schedules and lead and manage to completion, including external and internal communications and training sessions.
Ø Negotiate contracts and programme agreements in conjunction with the legal department as required.
Ø Participate in cross-functional projects and activities that aid the Channel Programme team in the effective support of targeted channels of distribution.
Ø Track, measure and report on key performance indicators of programme success and provide recommendations for enhancements, improvements or changes.
Ø Work at EMEA level and develop, manage and implement tactical channel initiatives, as required
Candidates should have the following attributes –
Ø Degree – (business or marketing preferred)
Ø Strong channel and field/customer facing marketing experience, with demonstrable evidence of a ‘business development’ focus to marketing achievements; proven track record of driving growth through programme design and/or developing effective co-marketing with Partners
Ø Fluency in written and spoken German preferred
Ø Four or more years in a customer facing capacity such as channel marketing or sales
Ø Experience with multiple types of indirect channels and distribution models at international level
