Electronics Engineer

Our Client is a well established products developer and Electronics Manufacturer.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Engineer to take the next step in their career.
As an Electronics Engineer you will be leading the development of new and exciting products from concept right through to manufacturing and beyond. You will have the freedom to develop new and innovative ideas ensuring that we provide reliable and effective products for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To research, develop and design world-beating electronic products.
Be a key player in shaping new product roadmap, generating new product ideas and seeing them come to fruition.
Work within their multidisciplinary teams using your skills in electronic and embedded software development, as well as prototyping and design.
Take the lead in creating and managing product requirement specifications.
Continually improve existing products through the use of the latest technologies to maintain their market leading position.
Liaise with their manufacturing teams in the UK and Far East to see your products safely into full scale production.

Skills:

You will need a strong electronic design background as well as experience in embedded software development using C and/or C++.
Good knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuits, including low power microprocessors and microcontrollers.
Design for EMC.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering.
