We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller in the Brierley Hill area. You will be based in a small office, supervising a team of two.

You will need to:

Oversee all tax and compliance issues
Prepare and submit information to statutory authorities
Prepare monthly accounts (Profit and Loss and balance sheet)
Prepare annual accounts
Preparation of VAT and PAYE returns
Prepare payroll figures
Cashflow statements
Manage insurances
Review company internal controls
Annual budgetingThis ‘Financial Controller’ role will be working within a busy and pressurised environment. You must be able to build excellent relationships with internal and external contacts. Must be able to work to tight deadlines and have a sound commercial understanding of financial issues. Up to date knowledge of accounting regulations. You must be dynamic, driven, hardworking and able to implement changes to improve current processes.

Salary is £42,000 – £54,000dependent on background, plus excellent benefits
