Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Mansion Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position for one of our clients based in Rayleigh Essex.
Our client an established groundworks and demolition contractor who work in various industry sectors including commercial, industrial, housing, are looking to take on an experienced quantity surveyor based at their office in Rayleigh.
You will have experience within groundworks, variations, valuations, dealing with sub contractors and suppliers for prices – knowledge of working with Excel and other related software within the role.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm and salary will be determined on experience with an attractive package on offer for the right candidate.
