Remote Installation Engineer

Salary: £240 – £300 per day

Salary will be completely negotiable and dependent on relevant background and experience and will include company benefits/significant bonuses.
The client, a growing technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking an Installation Engineer/Customer Support Representative to join their team at this exciting time of growth.
Purpose of the role:
The Installation Engineer will be office based in Manchester and you will be working to remotely support clients globally. You will work to support clients with remote install, white listing, site surveys, customer service, desktop support, checking firewalls.
Responsibilities
You will need to be able to work autonomously and will need to work and collaborate well within a team.
Requirements & Experience
Customer Service – Essential
Desktop Support – Essential
Low/medium networking (including VoIP) – Essential
Understanding of Proxy Servers – Essential
Virtual Environments – Desirable
